Guest bookings are for a minimum booking of two nights at the weekend, although we occasionally have availability for single nights. A deposit of 30% of the booking total is required. This deposit is non-refundable. The full balance is required 15 days before arrival. When you make your booking and we have received the required deposit to secure the booking, a legally binding contract exists between us.
If you cancel your booking less than 15 days before arrival then the full amount is due. We will endeavour to re-let the rooms and if we are successful we will refund any payments received for any of the dates we re-let. Please note this does not include the 30% deposit which is non-refundable.
